After performing the “Sync-Now” option, nothing appears to have happened.

If you press “Sync Now” in ACT and the sync does not seem to happen, or the HHC system tray icon on only flashes for a second, then go to the Windows Task manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del) to locate the sync.exe on the “Processes tab” select “End Process” button and click “Yes”. Then try to “Sync Now” again – the sync should now work.
