Authentication Failed. Please verify login credentials.
After entering your HHC User Name, Password, & Network, you do a Test Login and receive the following error message "Authentication Failed. Please verify login credentials.". This error will be displayed if you have not entered a valid HHC User Name & Password or that account is no longer Active. Please check the spelling of both User Name & Password or log into this account to check the staus here: My Account
