Checking free space on your handheld device

The amount of ACT! contacts, calendar activities, and notes/history items that can be synchronized to your handheld device by Handheld Contact varies depending on the handheld device's available memory.

The Sync Data Info tool in the Handheld Contact computer console estimates how much space will be required on your handheld device depending on your sync settings. Using the Sync Data Info tool and following these instructions, you can determine if your handheld device has enough free memory to accomodate the data that you would like to synchronize.
